Aiming to provide an accessible service
- This option may suit those for whom travelling to a face-to-face session may be difficult.
- It can be more easily fitted into a busy lifestyle.
- Ideally sessions are weekly; and at the same time each week. However there can be some flexibility in this, for those whose schedule does not allow for this.
- You phone the counsellor at a pre-arranged time. (Calls are to a landline on the Isle of Wight.) This charge for this service is £40.00 per session.
- Counselling can be short term focused work; or longer term and open ended.
Please note that the service offered on this website is for those over 18 years of age. It is by appointment; and so is not suitable for those in a crisis situation.
