Life Coaching

• This is not therapy. Life coaching focuses on the practical side of projects or concerns.
  
  
• Often the focus is on centred on work; but it can be other issues such as healthy lifestyle.
  
  
• Tends to be goal orientated.
  
  
• Can be carried out face-to-face; or over the telephone.
  
  
• Sessions may be weekly or as required. This allows flexibility to work on a particular project; or to fit the coaching into a busy lifestyle. The charge for this service is £45.00 per session face-to-face and £40.00 on the telephone.
