Couples Counselling

• Sometimes people can feel stuck in their relationship. Their ways of communicating and interacting together can seem unhelpful or counterproductive - yet the pattern keeps repeating.
  
  
• This therapy can provide a space where the couple may be encouraged to find new ways of relating to each other.
  
  
• The focus is on how people are in the present; but at the same time the effects of past behaviour and experience can be explored.
  
  
• Each session is 50 minutes. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly as required. The charge for this service is £60.00 per session.
